Top-tier private equity firm located in Boston is seeking a CPA to add to their rapidly growing organization and be a key contributor to the Accounting & Finance function . This person will have direct access to Senior Management and assist in financial reporting, budgeting/financial analysis, general ledger reconciliations, month-end close, and operational support. This is a great opportunity for someone in public accounting who is looking to move into a corporate setting and gain experience in multiple aspects of Accounting & Finance while also gaining a better work/life balance (~40-45 hours per week). The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. Public accounting (preferably within a Big 4 firm) and a CPA are highly preferred.

Participate in the month-end close process
Prepares, maintains, and adheres to US GAAP Accounting policies
Prepare financial statements for Senior Management review
Assist in annual budgeting process
Oversee operational due diligence
Other ad-hoc projects as needed
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
2-4 years of experience in an Accounting or Finance function
Public Accounting and/or CPA are highly preferred
Asset Management / Investment Services industry is a plus!
