My client is a $3.5B publicly traded tech company in Boston. They recently acquired one of their largest competitors and need someone to step in & streamline the audit process to coincide with the recently acquired company. This position is well-suited for someone who enjoys process improvements & operational audits, as opposed to SOX and regulatory requirements. My client is publicly traded and growing – so publicly traded experience is still highly preferred.
My client is financially strong but growing – this Audit Manager will be actively groomed for continued progression as they need to continue scaling the Internal Audit team to support the growth. It works alongside an experienced 15-person North American team and has a good work/life balance because there’s plenty of support.
The travel requirements are light (approximately 10-20%) but involve interesting places such as Europe, Latin America and Asia. Good opportunity for someone who wants some exposure to global travel but not TOO much.
