This position involves a mix of administrative and office management duties, such as:
Preparing check requests/expense reports
Maintaining calendars; contact databases, and personnel requests
Maintaining construction managers’ office accounts
Maintaining personnel files and HR documentation; processing new hire paperwork
Handling all project and regional correspondence
Handling travel arrangements
Maintaining inventory of office supplies and other office management duties
Handling insurance compliances
Maintaining, reviewing, and distributing mail and regional and divisional reports
Assisting with accounting practices (coding, review of invoices and bills, etc )
Preparing and coordinating regional meetings and outings
Assisting jobsites with administrative needs/projects
Preparing, distributing, and tracking contracts
One to three years of administrative experience is required, along with being proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook The qualified candidate will have excellent communication, typing and written skills, along with the ability to multi-task and set priorities.
