Handling the department’s mission-critical phone calls
Managing team and individual calendars and meeting schedules
Coordinating arrangements for travel and conference attendance, both domestically and internationally
Research projects as pertain to any of the objectives or priorities of the department
Maintaining general awareness of departmental interest and strategy
Proactively handling the department’s administrative needs
Minimum 3 years’ administrative experience, at least one year in a wealth management/ financial services environment
Able to function seamlessly as a member of a tight-knit team
High level of sensitivity to confidential information
Extreme attention to detail
Able to exercise sound judgement in a fast-paced, high pressure environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to partner effectively with individuals throughout the organization
Fluent throughout MS Office, exposure to financial data research services (Bloomberg, Reuters, CapIQ) a big plus!
