Manage, produce and format space planning reports accurately and timely; partner with facilities team member to ensure floor plans are updated on the intranet
Maintain compliance with all procedures, policies and regulations and ensure timely response to regulatory issues and inspection findings
Oversee facilities operating expense budget; budget and forecast on a quarterly and annual basis for manager review and approval
Bachelor’s degree plus at least 3-5 years of facilities experience is strongly preferred
Organized, detail oriented, and able to independently manage and prioritize work from inception to completion
Advanced AutoCAD and space planning software experience required
Impeccable communication skills, both written and verbal
