Coordinating C-Level communications, such as email correspondence
Maintaining an accurate and organized filing system for both paper and electronic documents
Providing HR administrative support in the area of liaising with candidates to schedule interviews and assisting with onboarding and new hire paperwork
Assisting the Event Planner with projects and coordination
Must have a Bachelor’s degree
3 years of experience as an EA reporting directly to a senior manager
