Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and university regulations by serving as the main source of information on these policies and procedures
Identifying problems and initiating action to be taken based on current procedures
Managing complex calendars by making travel arrangements, scheduling events, and supporting meetings
Acting as the main point of contact for the department
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting is required
At least two years of office experience
Knowledge of financial administration software and SAP
Extremely organized and meticulous
Previous experience working in higher education is strongly preferred!
