A well-known and respected financial firm in Boston is seeking a Recruiter to join their team and manage the full-cycle recruiting process.
This is a contract (or contract to hire) position for someone with agency or corporate recruiting experience – you'll source candidates, qualify their experience and skills, and make recommendations as to any opportunities they are qualified for.

Developing and executing creative recruitment strategies to secure top talent
Sourcing and interviewing candidates, checking references, and coordinating the scheduling of interviews
Building and developing strong and engaging relationships with hiring managers to ensure a smooth and effective interview process
Providing insight on market conditions and candidates’ expectations
Organizing, leading and documenting post-interview debrief / feedback and with interview teams and candidates
Maintaining accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, searches, hiring managers’ interactions, and other recruiting activities to ensure a safe and thorough audit if required
Working collaboratively with the HR team on the extension of offers and the management of offer, negotiation, closing and administrative components involved in full-cycle recruiting
At least 3 to 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
Experience recruiting finance professionals is a plus
Demonstrated ability to recruit for a broad range of professionals
Knowledge and extensive use of a web-based applicant tracking system
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, verbal and written communication skills
