Our client, an educational software company near Cambridge, is looking to bring on an Executive Assistant to support their Founder/CEO. This company is growing rapidly and its homegrown culture is evident throughout everything they do. In this position, you will be the CEO’s right-hand, go-to person. The CEO is looking for someone to trust and rely upon, and someone who can really keep the office running smoothly whenever the executives are traveling. This role is one that also requires someone to be fully immersed in the Boston and tech scene, and so someone who can help grow both the company and the CEO’s prominence in the city, and offer recommendations to do so, is highly appreciated. Arranging and coordinating all travel, both international and domestic
Assisting with various out-of-state events
Heavily supporting the CEO with Board prep
Proofreading all official documents
Adding expertise to company projects
Bachelor’s degree is required
At least five years of experience, preferably coming from a tech company
Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills are necessary; Salesforce is a major plus
