Communication and Conflict Resolution

Our Communication Workshops introduce participants to tools they will be able to use immediately with colleagues and clients alike. When an organization improves their communication, not only is employee morale heightened, but productivity, accountability, and improved retention.

This can be a one-day seminar or can be broken up into a 2-part series. Your team will be equipped with strategies and skills that enhance their communication and ability to resolve conflict in a way that promotes healthy, authentic, personal and professional relationships.

Each 3-hour workshop is experiential in nature to provides participants with opportunities for interactive discussion and experiential learning. Below is an overview of the material covered in each session.
