Kip Hollister Emcees Best Places to Work 2008 |
6/10/08 BOSTON, MA – On Tuesday, June 10, 2008 Kip Hollister joined the Boston Business Journal as the emcee for their annual Best Places to Work awards ceremony and event. Honoring companies big and small in the Greater Boston Area, Best Places to Work highlights one-of-a-kind company cultures and creative approaches to employee retention. Hollister has been a leading sponsor for Best Places 5 consecutive years.
The rankings were based on the companies' number of Massachusetts employees and reflected input from a 38-question online survey taken by those workers. The study, run by Quantum Market Research, required minimum participation thresholds.
For operations with between 20 and 100 Massachusetts employees, the top five winners were:
Treeline, based in Wakefield; Oasis Technology Partners, Cambridge; Fama PR, Cambridge; John Galt Staffing Inc., Burlington; and Longfellow Benefits, Boston.
For operations with between 101 and 500 Massachusetts employees, the top five winners were: Google, of Cambridge; Commonwealth Financial Network, Waltham; Eze Castle Software, Boston; The Ritz-Carlton, Boston; and Triumverate Environmental, Somerville.
Among operations with more than 500 Massachusetts employees, the top five were: Winchester Hospital; Microsoft Corp., Waltham; Shawmut Design and Construction, Boston; Seaport Cos., Boston; and Bingham McCutchen LLP, Boston. Complete List of Winners Available Here
