An important telehealth company located in Boston, is looking for Operations Specialist for their night shift in order to help transition a new product into the company. Extensive training will be provided by the client. If you enjoy working and interacting with people and can juggle multiple tasks, then the Operations Center Specialist role is perfect for you!

·Respond to inbound phone and web inquiries from customers in a courteous and professional manner
·Accurately and precisely notate consumer accounts and data entry
·Respond to a high volume of calls from both customers and internal staff and appropriately respond to all inquiries.
·Enter data quickly and accurately
·Utilizes Salesforce tools to document and solve escalated problems
·Keep information confidential
·Explain policies and products available to the customers
·Direct the customer in the right direction if you cannot assist them
·Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
·1-2 years of experience, preferably in a customer service and data-entry environment
·Proficient in Microsoft Office
·Professional oral and written communication and organization skills
·Strong attention to detail
·Have no problem working late hours and/or weekends
