One of our clients in the publishing industry, located in Watertown is looking to bring on a Recruitment Support Specialist on long-term contract basis. This Recruitment Support Specialist will be the liaison between hiring manager, HR, and applicants. The person will be managing the non-regular employee population and focus on ensuring a high-quality hiring process. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, articulate, responsive, and a multi-tasker.

·Facilitating a close working relationship between applicants, Human Resources department, and the hiring manager.
·Collaborating with hiring managers to learn more about business needs and job descriptions.
·Handling logistics with candidates and hiring managers.
·Setting up and conducting in-person and phone interviews.
·Engage in special projects as needed.
·Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
·2+ years of high-volume recruiting experience.
·Working knowledge of MS Office.
·Excellent communication skills: verbal and written.
