We are seeking a capable and organized Executive Assistant to join the staff of one of the most prestigious university centers in the Boston area! This is a temporary position, it starts immediately, and it might become permanent for the right candidate. This Executive Assistant will be very organized, have excellent computer skills, and be able to multitask. Work closely with the Vice President, and join a dynamic, fast paced environment!

·Coordinate meetings, prepare presentations, and distribute meeting materials.
·Heavy calendar and scheduling management.
·Compose drafts, edit, and proofread correspondence, memoranda, as well as reports.
·Ensure administrative needs are met, for example administering mail, drafting letters of reference and correspondence, memos and reports, updating contacts, etc.
·Manage complex travel arrangements, expenses and reimbursements.
·Respond to inquiries regarding the mission of the department, fundraising operations, and business-related protocol
·General office management and administrative duties.
·Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
·5-7 years supporting a high-level executive. Experience with project coordination and event management are a plus.
·Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
·Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
·Excellent Microsoft Office skills. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Filemaker-Pro are a plus.
·Ability to work some evenings and/or weekends.
·Ability to maintain confidential information.
Compensation: $26-31 per hour temporary / $60-70k permanent
