One of our clients, a well-known education institution in Cambridge, MA, is looking for a HR Coordinator to join their team. This position is a temporary position that could become permanent for the right candidate. The ideal candidate is goal oriented, great with people, and has experience with HR.

·Answering enrollment and eligibility questions from employees
·Coordinate and prepare documents of enrollment
·Process enrollment transactions
·Prepare documentation, and create enrollment plan summary
·Research new and relevant benefits techniques
·Perform changes and cancellations
·Maintain records and compile reports, as well as update the system
·Special projects as directed by team
·Bachelor's degree required
·3+ years of HR or administrative experience
·Previous HR database system/coordination experience is preferred
·Knowledge with ERISA preferred
·Ability to maintain confidential information and excellent communication skills
·Proficient in Microsoft Office, and experience with SAP is a plus
