Answer requests and questions from customers over the phone, in person, and over email.
Assist with data entry, maintaining sales lead database.
Manage customer flow and prioritize urgent needs.
Assisting in calendar management and appointment schedule.
Document customer’s activity accurately in the system.
High school degree or equivalent.
1+ years of experience with customer service/sales.
Strong writing and spoken skills.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and learn quickly.
