• Work with the costumer in selecting the perfect product/service they are looking for.
• Answer requests and questions from customers over the phone, and email.
• Manage calendar scheduling with the company, venue and customer.
• Assist with data entry and event planning.
• Prioritize urgent needs and be detail-oriented.
• Document customer’s activity accurately in the system.
• High school degree or equivalent.
• 1+ years of experience with customer service/sales.
• Strong communication skills - writing and spoken.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to maintain confidential information and prioritize tasks.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and learn quickly.
