Maintaining cleanliness and organization for a large office kitchen used by all employees for daily breakfast and lunch service Monday through Friday
Planning and overseeing the monthly catering menu including logistics for special events, birthday parties, etc.
Ordering and restocking all kitchen supplies and overseeing the maintenance of appliances by communicating with vendors and building management
Preserving order and neatness in all common areas and conference rooms
Sustaining strong relationships with existing catering and office supply vendors to ensure that all event details and special requests are properly carried out
Providing backup front desk coverage and support to the Receptionist
2+ years of relevant work experience in hospitality
Able to work independently but also be a flexible, cooperative member of the administrative team
Experience with adapting to constantly shifting requests and deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook in particular
Excellent ability to articulate ideas clearly through written and verbal communication
