We are looking for a Finance Coordinator for a well-known Technology company in Cambridge! This is a 9-month contract position that starts immediately, and might become permanent for the right candidate. The ideal candidate will be organized, analytical, and able to track multiple tasks. This candidate will provide financial support to multiple faculty members and perform several administrative support functions.

· Research methods to improve processes and analyze current state of business
· Provide customer service while securing payments and solving customer discrepancies issues
· Establish working relationships with internal and external customers
· Assist with customer inquiries relevant to billing, refunds, tax issues, contract questions, etc.
· Research discrepancies and resolve problems
· Engage in special projects if needed
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
· 1+ years of financial and/or customer service experience
· Strong organizational skills, as well as attention to detail
· Experience with Netsuite is a plus
· Strong experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
