Performing daily inspections to ensure a safe, clean, and productive work environment
Creating and maintaining accurate documents related to building and equipment maintenance, work requests, shipping and receiving
Generating and managing work orders for internal employees and external vendors
Liaising and negotiating contracts with building landlord and staff, as well as with outside vendors and contractors
Assisting with Security and Fire/Life safety programs, with maintenance of phone and video systems, and with office moves and employee workplace setup
Coordinating meeting preparation, conference room reservations, food service needs, and parking logistics
Supporting the planning and completion of facilities requirements for corporate events, some of which might be after hours or off-site
Developing and managing operation budgets and identifying opportunities to leverage financial savings
1 or more years of corporate property management or facilities experience
Valid MA driver’s license
Able to lift, move, and carry 40 lbs.
Strong capabilities in Microsoft Office, most importantly Excel and Word
Basic understanding of construction drawings and MEP plans
Able to use a work order system Previous experience with vendor management and building maintenance systems
