We are seeking a capable and organized Administrative/Marketing Assistant to join the team of one of a real estate company in Natick! This is a temporary position that could become permanent for the right candidate, and it starts immediately. The ideal candidate will be very organized, have knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office, and be a multi-tasker.

· Presentation preparation including editing, proofreading, and distributing materials.
· Heavy calendar and scheduling management.
· Provide technical support for company initiatives
· Maintain company marketing collateral, and office communications
· Support during special events and meetings
· Manage onboarding of new agents.
· Ensure administrative needs are met, for example administering mail, drafting letters of reference and correspondence, memos and reports, updating contacts, etc.
· General office management and administrative duties.
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
· 2-4 years of experience in an office environment
· Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office programs, Publisher, and Adobe InDesign.
· Experience with social media management, and familiarity with CRM system preferred.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
