We are seeking a strong Payroll Coordinator to join a a global, top-tier financial services firm in downtown Boston.
The Payroll Coordinator will process multi-state bi-weekly payroll for roughly 800 employees, perform monthly reconciliations for multiple payroll accounts in the general ledger, and act as a resource for both the employees and Finance/HR teams.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
2-5 years high-volume multi-state payroll experience
Go-getter personality; will function well amongst a top performing team
Experience with ADP
