We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join the team of a healthcare company in Boston, MA. This position is a contract position. The ideal candidate for this role has strong customer service skills, is detail oriented, and enjoys to problem-solve.

· Enter claims into company's system as needed
· Review and research assigned claims by navigating systems and platforms and capture the data necessary for processing (example: verify pricing, contracts and Letters of Agreement, prior authorizations, applicable member benefits, etc)
· Pay or deny claims as appropriate
· Ensure that the proper benefits are applied to each claim
· Create and update Call tracking records
· Keep up to date with Procedures and apply this knowledge in the processing of claims and for providing customer service
