This Executive Assistant will support the CFO and COO, facilitate communication between executive staff and other stakeholders, and will be able to work on some special events and programs. Supporting the executives to assess priorities, track progress, and follow-up on key tasks
Managing multiple complex calendars, including handling meeting logistics and arranging domestic and international travel
Overseeing meetings and events including scheduling, travel arrangements, and assisting with the strategy and implementation of follow-up plans for action items
Handling correspondence and other communications on behalf of the executives, including drafting letters, email responses, speeches, and presentations
Managing complex projects, including bringing together key stakeholders, making recommendations based on research and data analysis, and improving existing process to increase proficiency
Providing additional support, such as handling expenses and invoices, record-keeping, working with outside vendors, etc.
