One of our clients in the Boston Area, is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join their fast-paced and dynamic team! This is a temporary position that could become permanent for the right candidate, and it starts immediately. The ideal candidate will be a multi-tasker, have experience with data entry, previous customer service experience, and excellent communication skills. •Collect, organize and analyze existing data, as well as newly acquired data.
•Serve as the liaison between company and customer by answering service questions.
•Update and track customer data in the company’s system and/or Excel.
•Answer customer questions about their account, claim, or problem.
•Maintain confidential costumer and company information.
•Maintain customer accounts by analyzing customer needs. As well as prepare and report the acquired data to the team.
•Engage in special projects assigned.
•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
•5-7 years of admin/Customer service.
•Excellent Excel skills, and proficiency with other Microsoft Office programs.
•Strong attention to detail, and ability to multi-task.
•Outstanding customer service skills.
•Ability to maintain confidential information.
Compensation: Per hour depending on the experience
