Prepare presentations for meetings.
Support the Faculty Director with heavy calendar management, travel preparation and documentation, scheduling appointments, etc.
Assist in the preparation of events, such coordinate with venues, catering, vendors, etc.
Manage office operations and “e-office” electronic database.
Monitor invoices, expenses and process requests for payment and reimbursement.
Ensure administrative needs are met, for example administer mail, draft letters, perform administrative and financial duties, update contacts, etc.
General office management and administrative duties.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
Atleast 3 years of direct/related experience with administrative support.
Must exercise sound judgment in performing duties of a highly confidential nature.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work both independently and as a team member with minimal supervision.
Must be comfortable interacting with a wide range of faculty, staff and students. Ability to work in a high pressure environment with changing priorities.
Must have strong technical skills, proficient in the use of MS Office products, possibly Latex and other computer skills (updating websites, publishing information, etc.) required.
