One of our clients, an international consulting firm based in Boston, is looking to hire a Campus Recruiter focused on MBA hiring. This Recruiter will work on a team recruiting candidates to work in one of the company’s offices around the world. Organizing and executing recruiting events to build the candidate pipeline; creating a recruiting strategy with the recruiting team
Updating the tracking system with applicants at each stage of the application process
Coordinating in-person interviews including scheduling, booking travel, conducting interviews, recording feedback, conducting background checks, and onboarding new hires
Developing relationships with candidates, career service centers, and internal consultants
Supporting the planning of the internship program and general administration/projects as needed
Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of campus recruiting experience required
Excellent organization and communication skills, both written and verbal
Able to work independently and collaborate with a team; ready to provide assistance when necessary
Able to multi-task and work in a demanding, fast-paced role; brings new ideas to the team
Experience with an applicant tracking system (iCIMS preferred) and Microsoft Office
