A boutique single-family office is looking for a Finance Manager. The office is located in Back Bay and within walking distance of Copley and the Orange Line.
The Family Office has a diverse portfolio of businesses, real estate, private & venture-capital and other investments. The position reports directly to the CFO and will work closely with the VP of Finance and Chief Investment Officer on a variety of projects.
Examples of responsibilities include investment accounting, corporate accounting, light budgeting & forecasting, treasury, tax compliance and some light payroll & HR projects like tracking PTO.
It will also assist with the oversight of family member personal finances including annual planning & reporting, budgeting, annual financial statements & reporting, bank reconciliations, etc.
Experience with all areas of the job isn’t required but a desire for a blended, hands-on position is important. Compensation depends on experience but is up to 125K + bonus.

8+ years of relevant experience with prior exposure to Family Offices
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong Microsoft Excel skills
Experience with QuickBooks a plus but not required
Prior public accounting experience with a focus on high net worth individuals/partnership a plus but not required
