One of our clients, a Global Management Consulting firm in Boston, MA, is looking for a talented Recruiting Coordinator to join their team and participate in the hiring process from beginning to end. You will be responsible for attracting candidates, evaluating resumes, scheduling and conducting interviews and managing the hiring paperwork. This is a short-term contract, and starts immediately. The ideal candidate has ability to maintain confidential information and has experience with an Applicant Tracking System.

· Write and post job descriptions on career websites, newspapers and universities boards
·Source candidates by using databases and social media and update those databases
·Conduct phone, Skype and/or in-person interviews
·Work alongside the hiring team to improve recruiting methods
·Represent the company at career fairs
·Engage in special projects as needed
·Bachelor’s degree required
·Proven work experience as a Recruiting coordinator or recruiter and knowledge using an Applicant Tracking System
·Experience with Microsoft Office
·Excellent communication skills and ability to prioritize
·Great organizational skills and detail orientation
