One of out clients, a renowned Music College in the Boston Area, is searching for a talented and professional Marketing and Communications Coordinator to join their dynamic marketing team. Your duties will be diverse and multi-faceted, therefore excellent professional skills are vital for this role. This position works closely with other External Affairs staff to keep projects on track and to support overall marketing and communications efforts, which may include website content management, digital signage, email marketing, market research, and more.

Help content managers troubleshoot their work on college website and advise them on formatting with building the internal newsletters
Process submissions, create slides using Powerpoint or Photoshop, and schedule them in Appspace digital signage software.
Support LMS, Workday, and Conservatory domain project communications; may include content management and copyediting.
Support Online Marketing and Communications Manager with analytics reporting and assessment of campaign effectiveness.
Creating and assisting with email distribution, such as event invites, digital announcements, etc. As well as coordinate mass mail distribution lists.
Engage on special projects as needed.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, preferably in marketing, public affairs, journalism, or communications.
2-3 years of relevant experience preferred.
Experience working with Drupal preferred, Wordpress experience is acceptable.
Experience working with Mailchimp or similar platform.
Strong writing and editing skills.
Formal project management experience not required, but must be organized and have a
project manager's sensibility.
Ability to manage and prioritize projects, as well as to meet deadlines.
