Our client is looking for a motivated Compensation Analyst to join their team. You will work towards planning and developing compensation program and create compensation strategies and programs to promote performance and reward employees. This position will be highly visible and you will be considered a true Business Partner.

Analysis of compensation programs to maintain equity, competitiveness, and legal compliance of the organization's compensation practices.
Support performance evaluations and other reward & recognition programs
Development of annual salary structures and merit matrices
Recommend process/customer service improvements, innovative solutions, policy changes, etc.
Serve as a key liaison with management on all compensation related matters
Expertise administering competitive and equitable compensation programs to attract and retain high performing people
Works in Excel and Access to develop compensation analysis tools
Perform ad hoc research and analysis as requested
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance or related field
3+ years of progressive compensation/rewards experience
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
