One of our clients, a growing Software Company in Boston, MA, is looking for a Recruiter to join their team. The Recruiting specialist will be responsible for assisting in their hiring process of temporary seasonal employees. This position is a 2-3 month contract, with a strong possibility for extension, and starts immediately. The ideal candidate has ability to maintain confidential information and experience with both Technical and Non-technical recruitment.

Manage the full-life cycle recruiting process from collaborating with hiring managers on opening job requisitions, sourcing, interviewing and offer negotiation and extension
Conduct phone and in-person interviews with candidates, schedule interviews with hiring managers, manage candidate applications efficiently, and extend/negotiate offers
Check references and create new hire paperwork once an offer is extended
Act as a liaison between hiring managers and human resources, and develop job descriptions that reflect the depth of career opportunities in the company
Build applicant pipelines attending job fairs, making college visits, delivering presentations, and using external recruiting devices
3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience
Adtech, startup, advertising experience is a plus!
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
Excellent communication, organization and follow up skills
Proven relationship building skills and ability to work both individually and as a member of a team
Effective organizational and project management skills
Proven ability to handle multiple tasks with minimal supervision
