One of our clients, a renowned University in Boston, MA, is looking for a warm and engaging individual for an Administrative Assistant position at their Dean's office. This is a temporary position and starts immediately. The ideal candidate will be very organized, have knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office, and be a multi-tasker.

Perform diversified administrative, supervisory and support duties as a member of a team to assure the smooth and efficient operation of the Admissions office and the college.
Manage walk-ins, phone calls, data entry, filing, taking meeting minutes, handles confidential materialist for the deans.
Maintain and update of the operations calendar, procedure manual, meetings and events within the program, and coordination of these activities with the College.
Support faculty, administrators, staff, and students with a variety of requests.
Assist with the organization of Admissions recruitment events (Fall Open Houses, Welcome Days, Orientations, etc.) and student events.
Send out announcements, ordering food, booking rooms, coordinating materials, and as needed leadership responsibilities during events.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
1+ years of experience in an office environment and/or data entry experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
