One of our clients, a global private equity firm based in Boston, is looking to hire a highly experienced and professional Executive Assistant to support one of their Senior Directors. The successful candidate will work in tandem with another Executive Assistant to provide robust professional and personal support for this director. The ideal candidate for this role is a seasoned Executive Assistant, stays organized in a high-pressure environment, and uses excellent judgement. Managing an elaborate calendar, including a high volume of meetings
Arranging complex international travel, including preparing travel documents, organizing multi-leg trips, and managing full itineraries
Coordinating household management to ensure seamless professional and personal support
Handling correspondence, managing a heavy inbox and responding to meetings and requests on the Director’s behalf
Performing additional tasks as necessary to provide complete support
Collaborating with the other Executive Assistant, ensuring availability after hours as necessary
7+ years in an Executive Assistant or similar role required
Able to maintain demeanor in a fast-paced environment and react to changes effectively
Proactive, takes ownership of role and anticipates needs
High level of discretion when handling personal or confidential information
Organized, detail-oriented, with excellent communication skills
