This is a temporary position and starts immediately. Ideal candidiate in this role is one who possesses a customer service oriented style, professionalism and someone who can manage a lot of coordination and can also work independently.

Train new EA’s – Basic overview of website & travel policy
Various site support including: assigning travelers to EA’s, updating profiles, pulling itineraries & receipts
Reporting – respond to requests from Finance, company heads, and others for ad-hoc reporting requests
Review out of policy bookings & escalate bookings not approved by department leader
Assist with finding in-policy rates
Connect with hotel suppliers to request rate reductions, wait lists, etc.
Provide documentation for approved out of policy bookings (i.e. written proof that traveler obtain the best available rate)
Respond to inquiries/obtain approvals from company Heads
Respond to all internal questions & support requests. Escalate to proper resource and ensure issue is resolved
Atleast 2-3 years of experience in Travel coordination and scheduling
Must be attentive to detail and a multi-tasker
Able to coordinate with multiple departments and manage priorities
Excellent customer service skills
Understanding of travel policies and regulations
Ability to maintain and manage vendor relationships
Firm grasp of digital data and file management systems
