Serves as a lead Customer Service ambassador to visitors of the Human Resources Department.
Acknowledges visitors, answers phone inquiries and assists in handling visitors requests.
Uses discretion and exercises good judgment.
Understands and uses appropriate resources in researching and resolving problems in a timely manner.
Greets, screens and assists visitors, responds to telephone and email inquiries on a variety of human resources questions and problems.
Anticipates the needs of the visitors.
Provides accurate and consistent information on routine questions relating to benefits and services provided by the Human Resources Department.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
1+ years of experience in an office environment and/or data entry experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
