Drafting event invite email communications
Drafting event update communications
Adding events to the website, as well as making updating the events on the web as needed
Perform quality checks on content–such as consistent copy, formatting, naming conventions
Draft digital and printed materials for recruiting events
Maintain and assist with marketing materials leveraging internal workflow.
Coordinate inventory of collateral and manage updates on digital media properties.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, preferably in marketing, public affairs, journalism, or communications.
1+ years of communications or marketing experience is a must.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
Strong communication skills.
Ability to manage and prioritize projects, as well as to meet deadlines.
Costumer service experience is a plus.
Ability to multitask and coordinate between different departments.
Familiarity with the adobe suite (Acrobat, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), Slate, Smartsheet a plus.
