Enter and process all incoming orders.
Set up and document the order process for new customers .
Complete daily inventory check to ensure order accuracy.
Solve high volume customer inquiries in a timely manner.
Solve complex billing issues that require extensive analysis and juggling through different scenarios.
Work on projects independently and be ready to keep up with change in processes day to day.
Bachelor’s degree or some college coupled with equivalent work experience (Finance/Business focus a plus)
