The CEO and CFO are looking to hire an EA who is organized, detail oriented and experienced multi-tasker to handle their growing business needs. This is a temporary position which can turn permanent for the right candidate, and starts immediately.

Supporting CEO and CFO with traditional EA functions (travel and scheduling is 75% of work + expense), as well as strategic functions (sit in on meetings etc.)
Help with time management - understanding the priorities and create calendar around the priorities
Be able to talk to the CEO and CFO with adjustments and suggestions
External and internal scheduling (different parties)
Organizational cadence things - org meetings, quarterly planning process, all-hand meetings -- anticipate needs + put presentations together
Be able to take feedback well + change accordingly
Associates degree, Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
2+ years of EA experience or other relevant administrative experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
