A renowned data driven Technology company in the Cambridge area is looking to hire a meticulous Billing Analyst ASAP. An ideal applicant is someone who is comfortable with high volumes of data entry in a fast paced environment, while also having exceptional customer service skills. Proficiency in MS Office is also preferred, and so is prior experience. This position will work closely with many different departments and will require excellent communication skills, attention to detail and cross-departmental cohesion. This is a temporary position with a high chance of turning permanent for the right candidate.

Manage a large volume of billing requests and billing adjustments
Answer inbound customer calls
Work with internal departments (Sales & Sales Ops) to solve billing and system related issues
Assist with processing of customer payments
Perform ad hoc projects as needed
Update invoices, providing relevant documents, processing payments, explaining billing policy or ensuring proper routing of incoming requests.
Bachelor’s degree required
Must be highly organized, detail oriented, with strong problem-solving skills
Strong communication skills and comfort interacting with colleagues in a professional and helpful manner
Strong Excel skills
Motivated team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced, forward-moving environment
Ability to learn and understand financial accounting systems/software quickly
Experience with case manage in Salesforce is preferred
