Our client, a professional Property Management Company in Newton, MA, is looking to hire an Assistant Property Manager to manage the day-to-day heavy correspondences and assist with data entry at their office. The ideal Assistant is punctual, with excellent customer service and data entry skills.

Act as the main point of contact for clients and receive phone calls and emails.
Assist with admin work like- drafting, editing and mailing letters.
Process a lot of invoices, efficiently making data entry.
Create and distribute marketing materials for the property management company.
Manage records and files of current tenants.
Respond to emergency maintenance or safety calls.
Processes rent payments and condominium dues.
Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree
Customer service experience is required; real estate and property management a plus.
Proficient in basic computer programs including Microsoft Word and Excel.
Demonstrates the strong organizational skills necessary to oversee a number of different properties.
Must be detail oriented with ability to manage time efficiently.
Able to work in a busy environment and juggle priorities.
