One of our clients in Healthcare, named as the Best Places to Work by the Boston Globe, is looking to hire an HR Coordinator to add to their HR team in their Cambridge location. The ideal applicant is someone who is a multi-tasker, able to switch gears between responsibilities, and has experience in a fast-paced HR environment, along with efficient customer services skills.

On-boarding and orientation for new hires
Handling some HRIS data entry for employees - updating demographic info and handling sensitive HR info
Will own the processing of i-9s
Responsible for managing new hire paperwork, meeting with new hires, and being the face of the company to welcome new employees to their growing population
Schedule meetings and interviews
Coordinate and prepare for meetings
Process background checks and reference checks
Bachelors degree or equivalent
HR or administrative experience preferred, but not required
Previous HR database system/coordination experience is preferred
Experience handing on-boarding or orientation a plus
