Our client, a renowned Insurance Company in Boston, MA, is looking for a Part Time HR Assistant to join their HR team. The ideal candidate will be eager to start a career in Human Resources and will have some knowledge of general Human Resources methods and practices.

Sourcing for junior level candidates
Scheduling initial phone calls with junior candidates
Follow-up with candidates to keep them updated on the background stage
Creating Excel spread sheets for interview expenses
Reminding new employees about their start date
Sending out hard copy of on-boarding paperwork when needed
High school diploma; completed or pursuing Bachelors Degree
Ability to learn new systems quickly and enter data with strict attention to detail
