Boston's Leading provider of Home Health Care is looking to hire an HR/Recruiting Assistant to join their Human Resources team. The HR Assistant will collaborate in a variety of duties, from assisting with the hiring process, to managing payroll and benefits.
Ideal candidate will demonstrate ability to work under a fast-paced environment, excellent communication skills and a self-starter with a supportive attitude with prior experience working in HR.

Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives
Compile and update employee records
Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc)
