We are searching for a dedicated Payroll Specialist with at least two years of experience. ADP experience is nice to have but not required. This position is responsible for the management of payroll for the company’s temporary & part-time staff. This role also includes some Human resource/benefits responsibilities and is in charge of ensuring the accuracy of the individual employee’s comp, benefits, etc.
Compensation depends on experience but is up to 57K. All employees are eligible for free college tuition and additional benefits include being located right next to a T-stop, free on-site gym membership and an 8% gift into your retirement account after 6 months of employment.

Ensure compliance with Federal, State, and local laws
Handle HR functions and become familiar with company benefits
Add/delete employee profiles from ADP payroll system
Ensure payroll is processed in a timely manner
Answer any internal inquiries regarding payroll
Work closely with Accounting/Finance team
Perform administrative and other tasks when necessary
BS or BA in Accounting or related field
At least 2+ years of experience
Experience with ADP is nice to have but not required
