One of our major clients, a Wealth Management Firm in Boston, MA, is on the hunt for a Banking Specialist to support their Electronic Banking functions and other Deposits related activities. The most suitable candidate for this position would be one with experience in the banking sector and a proficient communicator- both in writing and speaking.

Responds and resolves internal and external client inquiries submitted via workflow tools according to service level agreements.
Participates in the daily workflow related to ACH processing
Participates in the daily workflow related to Card Services, Reg E Claims and ATM settlement and support.
Supplements support for the Cash Management Service line in the form of internet banking enrollment, maintenance and transaction inquiry resolution, including bill pay inquiries.
Assist with other duties within the group as necessary
Participate in department project initiatives related to efficiency, service delivery improvements and regulatory issues.
BS/BA preferred with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in financial services, preferably in an operations environment.

Familiarity with state and federal banking regulations.
