A Top Real-Estate Company located in Natick, MA, is looking to hire an Office Administrator to serve as the first point of contact and provides administrative support for their Regional Support Center. Ideal employee in this position is required to possess the ability to multi-task, show initiative, use good judgment in problem solving, to assume responsibility and achieve results.

Answers multi-line telephone/email and responds to customer inquiries, routing calls to the appropriate location (as needed).
Greets and directs visitors (as needed).
Maintains day to day office responsibilities; orders and maintains supplies, arranges for equipment maintenance, keeps common areas (kitchen, conference rooms, and supply closet) stocked and clean; etc.
Support websites used by company and prepares reports as needed/requested.
Maintains Training: Develops Schedule, Registrations, Certificates, etc.
Maintains company e-mail list, e-mail addresses, and e-mail support.
Responds to Manager Requests providing support in multiple areas as needed.
Maintains payments and accounts for associated company websites and accounts.
Sets up new agents/remove agents: e-mail, company software, company website, maintaining detailed files.
Follow-up with incoming/outgoing Leads; assign to agents, enter client information in multiple databases, communicate lead activity to management.
