Proactively connect with potential candidates utilizing online job boards, community involvement, professional networking, attending events and cultivating referrals.
Source, screen and interview qualified candidates for temporary and temp to hire opportunities.
Work collaboratively with the team of recruiters and account managers to identify and facilitate the best matches between candidate desires and client needs.
Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing candidates in person, analyzing responses, verifying references, and comparing qualifications to job requirements.
Provide career guidance and coaching to candidates.
Meet and exceed all weekly/monthly sales metrics.
Prospect to identify new candidates through job fairs and network throughout the Boston community.
Develop and expand long-term candidate and client relationships.

Bachelor's Degree or related experience
