The ideal candidate is someone with excellent customer service skills, who thrives in team work and is able to multi-task in a fast -paced environment.

Greet visitors and assist with data entry.
Complete telephone reception as directed: receive calls well; redirect calls appropriately to staff, or other locations.
Manage the inventory of office supplies and assisting with ordering new inventory.
Manage incoming mail and coordinate outgoing of mail.
Manage calendar scheduling and some clerical duties.
Perform all other office tasks as requested.
Bachelors Degree and relevant work experience.
Experience working in an professional office environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Experience with Microsoft Office and Outlook calendar.
