A premier research Institute in Cambridge, MA is looking to hire a Patient Services Representative at their Medical School. Ideal candidate is someone who is able to maintain absolute confidentiality and communicates clearly and effectively with people of different backgrounds both within and outside the institute.

Monitoring and maintaining the credentialing and privileging process for the institute
Coordinates credentialing and privileging for medical staff and allied health practitioners
Ensures compliance with medical department bylaws, Joint Commission medical staff accrediting standards, and state and federal regulatory agency requirements they relate to credentialing
Collaborates with the Practice Administrator for Blue Cross/Blue Shield provider credentialing
Prepares data analysis and statistics, spreadsheets and reports
Provides administrative, analytical, and technical support to the Director of Performance Improvement / Risk Management with minimal supervision
Manages online policy and procedure website, and supports department Clinical Medical Education program
Bachelors Degree preferred
Prior credentialing experience
Very strong attention to detail
Strong MS Office skills
Great organizational and problem-solving skills
Detail orientation and ability to keep confidential information
